[Related FAQs] The 4G camera is showing as offline

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

• Tap “Data Top-Up” to check if your SIM card is functioning properly. If the screen indicates that your data plan has expired or that you have no remaining data, please select the desired data plan to top up and then check again.If tapping “Data Inquiry” displays the message “Unsupported SIM Card” (for externally inserted data SIM cards), please use another method to verify that the SIM card is functioning properly and has sufficient remaining data. If there is sufficient data, check for issues with the accessories.
• If you have a memory card, first turn off the camera, remove the memory card, and check its condition. If the camera functions normally after removing the memory card, it is likely that the memory card is faulty and is affecting the camera’s performance. We recommend removing or replacing the memory card.
• The power adapter is malfunctioning. If you have another adapter with the same specifications at home, try replacing it to see if the issue resolves. If the device works normally after the replacement, it is likely that the adapter was damaged, causing the device to go offline;
• If the device still shows as offline after checking the above, please reset the device and try adding and pairing it again.
