If playback works normally when the recording settings are set to “24/7 Recording” or “Manual Recording,” but no new recordings are available for playback after switching to “Motion Detection Recording,” please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Are all motion detection alerts enabled in the app? Please check the app’s home screen, tap “Settings” in the bottom-right corner of the device, then go to “Monitoring Features” > “Motion Detection,” and ensure it is enabled. Alternatively, select either “Motion Detection” or “Human Detection.”

- Click the “Settings” icon in the upper-right corner of the camera's live view—select ‘Monitoring’—then go to “Detection Sensitivity” and set it to “High.”

Once you have made all the necessary adjustments, walk back and forth in front of the camera to see if it triggers an alarm. If an alarm is triggered, wait 1–2 minutes, then go to the app > “Playback” > “Card Playback” to view the recorded footage.
