If playback works normally when the recording settings are set to “24/7 Recording” or “Manual Recording,” but no new recordings are available for playback after switching to “Motion Detection Recording,” please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Are all motion detection alerts enabled in the app? Please check the app’s home screen, tap “Settings” in the bottom-right corner of the device, then go to “Monitoring Features” > “Motion Detection,” and ensure it is enabled. Alternatively, select either “Motion Detection” or “Human Detection.”
