When using a memory card for the first time, it is recommended that you format it first. Go to the app’s home screen, tap “Settings” in the bottom-right corner of the camera view, select “TF Card Recording Settings,” and then format the TF card. If formatting fails within the app, please use “Partition Assistant” or other software on your computer to format the memory card.
