This issue is typically caused by the device being manually rotated, which disrupts the step sequence; it can be resolved as follows:

• If you haven’t set up a monitoring location yet, please set one up for your device. For instructions on how to set up a monitoring location, please refer to the app’s [Help Center] > [More] > [How to Set Up a Monitoring Location].

• If you have previously set up monitoring positions, first click [Pan-Tilt Calibration] under the [Pan-Tilt] menu. Once calibration is complete, use the preset position editing function to delete all previously set preset positions, and then reconfigure the [Preset Positions] and [Monitoring Positions].
