[TF Card Recording] What should I do if the camera doesn't recognize the memory card after I insert it?

After inserting the memory card, the app displays “TF card not detected”:

• We recommend removing the memory card, reinserting it, and making sure it is inserted in the correct direction and fully seated.
• If possible, we recommend removing the memory card from the camera, inserting it into a card reader connected to your computer, and using Partition Assistant to check if it is functioning properly. If the computer cannot read the card either, this indicates that the memory card is faulty; please replace it and reinsert it into the camera.
• Try using a different memory card. We recommend brands such as SanDisk or Kingston, formatted in FAT32 (some models also support exFAT), with a speed rating of Class 4 or higher, and a maximum capacity of 256GB.

Note:

When formatting 64GB or 128GB cards on a computer, the “FAT32” option is not available. You will need to download a third-party tool, such as “Partition Assistant,” to format the card. If you receive a message on your computer stating that the card cannot be formatted or is not recognized, we recommend using a new card instead.
