- First, ensure the camera is properly powered and restart it.
- 4G Camera: Check if the camera’s SIM card has sufficient 4G data and ensure the camera is connected to the internet.
- Confirm whether the camera has recognized the QR code generated by the mobile app; listen for the camera’s voice prompt—if the QR code is recognized, the camera will emit a “beep” sound;
- If the camera does not emit a “beep,” check whether the camera lens is obstructed and ensure the lens is clean and free of debris;
- When scanning the QR code, ensure your phone is 15–20 cm away from the camera lens;try scanning from multiple angles.
- Wi-Fi cameras: Try adding the camera using “AP Hotspot Configuration”;
- If all the above checks are normal, the camera may be malfunctioning. Please contact us.
