• The camera’s night vision feature may not be enabled. We recommend opening the app, tapping “Live View” > “More” > “Night Vision Mode,” and selecting “Black-and-White Night Vision” or “Smart Night Vision.” If your camera supports “Full-Color Night Vision,” you can also try switching to that mode.
