Whether you can view footage after your camera is stolen depends entirely on your video storage method. We break down the two storage solutions separately for your reference:
1. Cloud Storage Subscribed
All your camera recordings are safely saved on independent cloud servers, not inside the camera device itself.
Even if the camera is stolen, you can log in to your app account anytime to watch, download and share all historical cloud footage normally.
2. Local TF Card Storage
Video files are stored physically on the TF memory card inserted into the camera.
- If the camera is taken away together with the TF card: You cannot access the full-length local recordings saved on the lost card.
- Retained accessible content: The mobile app will still reserve motion detection alert snapshots and short preview clips for you to check.
Tips for Data Safety
