If there is a reset hole, locate the reset pin inside the packaging, insert it into the reset hole, press and hold the reset button for five seconds, then release it. You will hear the camera emit a prompt saying “Please use the app to configure Wi-Fi” or a faint “click” sound, indicating that the reset was successful.
