1. Unified Account Credentials
   
   
   The username and password for the PC client are identical to your mobile app login information.
2. Function Limitation of Desktop Version
   
   
   The desktop client is only designed for real-time video preview and footage playback.
3. Complete Initial Setup on Mobile App First
   
   
   All core operations including account registration, device adding and parameter configuration must be finished in the mobile app in advance.
   
   
   After you bind your cameras and complete all settings on your phone, you can sign in to the desktop client to watch surveillance videos normally.
