Please open the O - KAM Pro app, go to the home screen, tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the device list, select “Settings” > “Monitoring Features,” scroll down to the bottom, and locate the “Cloud Video Recording” toggle. Please confirm that it is turned on.

Unplug the camera and the router, wait 1 to 2 minutes, and then plug them back in.
