What It Is
Dynamic cloud recording (also called motion-activated cloud recording) is an energy & storage-saving recording mode for security cameras:
- Recording and cloud upload start automatically once the camera detects motion within its view.
- Recording pauses immediately when no movement is captured in the frame.
How It Works (Example)
As demonstrated in the picture:
- Recording triggers when people or objects move across the camera’s field of view.
- Recording stops when the scene stays completely still with no motion.
