Municipal security system integrator undertaking park renovation and municipal supporting security projects.
The client undertook a park renovation project with an approaching acceptance deadline. The original supplier failed to deliver goods due to capacity problems, causing construction suspension. Failure to deliver on time would lead to project delay, penalty deduction and negative assessment. Most factories refused to accept urgent insertion orders.
- Extremely tight schedule requiring urgent mass delivery
- No quality loss allowed during urgent production to ensure project acceptance
- Supporting technical guidance is required for rapid installation and debugging
After learning the client’s emergency situation, we immediately launched the emergency order mechanism and arranged priority production. The workshop worked overtime with full quality inspection and aging tests to ensure no quality compromise. Warehouse, packaging and logistics teams coordinated priority shipment to shorten delivery time. Our technical team prepared debugging documents in advance and provided full-process remote debugging support after goods arrival to ensure rapid construction and completion.
All devices were delivered in advance, ensuring on-time project completion and acceptance and helping the client avoid breach of contract risks. The client highly recognized our flexible production capacity, emergency response speed and sense of responsibility, and prioritizes our factory for all subsequent municipal and park projects.
