How to Set Up Video Recording (TF Card)
⚠️ Important Note
This guide applies to standard-power cameras only.
For low-power cameras, recording mode and duration are determined by the selected power-saving mode.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
- Open the app and select your camera from the device list.
- On the device home page, tap the Settings (⚙️) icon.
- In System Settings, find and tap TF Record Settings.
- Choose your preferred recording mode:

Recording Mode Overview

TF Card Usage Tips
- Use Class 10 or higher microSD cards (8GB–128GB recommended).
- Format the TF card in the app before using it for the first time.
- If recording stops unexpectedly, check if the card is full, corrupted, or not properly inserted.
Common Troubleshooting
- No video is saved?
- → Verify the TF card is inserted correctly, formatted in the app, and not full.
- Can’t find recording settings?
- → Confirm your camera is a standard-power model (low-power cameras use power-saving modes instead).
- Motion clips not recording?
- → Ensure motion detection is enabled in the camera settings.
