Troubleshooting for Solar Low-Power Cameras

Issue: Camera fails to trigger motion alerts or record videos normally

Please follow these adjustment suggestions one by one:

1.Optimize installation angle (if feasible)

Mount the camera diagonally to face pedestrian movement paths, matching the device’s detection performance requirements.

2.App monitoring settings adjustments

• Turn on Motion Detection
• Turn off Human Shape Filter / Human Detection
• Set Detection Distance to Far

3.Check PIR sensor physical condition

• Peel off the protective plastic film covering the black PIR sensor surface completely.
• Clear all obstacles within the camera’s near view, especially anything blocking the front of the PIR sensor; no shielding or interference is allowed.
