- First, check to make sure your phone’s sound is turned on and the volume is turned up
- If you have an iPhone, there is a sound toggle on the side of the phone; please check to make sure it is turned on.
- Open the O - KAM Pro App and go to the home screen. Tap “Settings” in the bottom-right corner of the device, then select “Notification Settings” and “Phone Notification Sound.” Check to see if the custom sound you set plays and can be heard properly.
